Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. You will receive an order confirmation to the email address you entered on your account as soon as your order has been shipped. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add sales@obsezz.com to your safe sender list.

Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to California.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. Note, your account will not be charged until your order actually ships.

Order Tracking & Status
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please feel free to contact us if you do not receive a confirmation email or have any questions. To better help us assist you, please have your order number and last name on the order ready. Our team will gladly help you with your order status and tracking information!  

Change or Cancel Your Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately as we process and ship orders quickly.  Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

Add Items to an Order You Just Placed
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us so we can make sure it is shipped out with your previous order or waive shipping on this new additional order.

Returns & Exchanges
Return Instructions
Please email our customer care team at customercare@obsezz.com for more instructions on how to return your items within 14 days of receipt to the address below. Please include your order number and last name in the email to help us better assist you. All returns must be made within 14 days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • ALL returns must be unworn, unwashed merchandise.
  • ALL sale and/or discounted items are final.
  • ALL intimates, swimwear, and accessories including but not lmited to belts, jewelry, backpacks, eyewear, scarves, and handbags are FINAL SALE.


If you return an item that is not eligible for return, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to you.

No returns accepted from retail store purchases.  All store returns must be made to the store that the item was purchased from.

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items must be returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse any refund if we believe the items purchased have any signs of wear, alteration, damage, or misuse. Thank you for your cooperation if these matters. Obsezz is NOT responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return. The original shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.


Return Processing
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
