All items must be returned within 14 days to be eligible for a refund. All returns must be unworn, unwashed merchandise. Please note that Sale and/or discounted items are final sale. Intimates, swimwear, jewelry, belts, hats, hair accessories, backpacks, eyewear, scarves, handbags, and iPhone cases are final sale. Obsezz is NOT responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return. The original shipping fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund if we believe the items purchased have any signs of wear, alteration, damage, or misuse. This includes any lingering scents or perfumes. If you return an item that is not an eligible return, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to you. Returns and exchanges for all in-store purchases must be made at the store that the item was purchased from.
Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. Once we receive and inspect the return, all eligible items will refunded within 7 business days. You will be notified via email that your refund as been processes. Once the refund has been issued, it may take 5-7 business for transactions to clear. Please contact your bank or credit card company if you have any concerns regarding any pending transaction.

Unless otherwise noted, free shipping does not mean free returns! In the case of a return with a free shipping promo, customer will refunded the cost of the items, minus the amount it cost to ship the items to the customer. Obsezz is NOT responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return.
If your purchase doesn’t fit, we’ll be happy to exchange it for another size of the same product if we have it available in our inventory! To speed up the exchange process, please email our customer care team at email@example.com to hold the item(s) that you want instead. Please keep in mind that there is $5 restocking fee, but we will ship out the new item to you free of charge.
